About This Role
- Manage and develop teams to oversee complex business risk programs, processes, and controls in technology delivery.
- Own centralized delivery intake for technology initiatives, portfolio monitoring, governance, risk escalation, and issue resolution.
- Drive standardized reporting, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement of delivery management practices with risk-based monitoring and orchestration.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in risk management, business controls, or compliance.
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience.
- 7+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Portfolio Management, Program Management, PMO, or Technology Transformation.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years as specified above.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex delivery portfolios with multiple stakeholders and execution risks in technology or risk domains.
- Strong governance, escalation, and executive communication capability with proficiency in intake, prioritization, monitoring, and escalation frameworks.
- Proven leadership in developing teams, setting direction, and driving accountability in a matrixed Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Business environment.
