About This Role
- Own end-to-end content acquisition and ingestion workflows using Web, FTP, API, and publisher platforms to ensure timely and accurate content delivery.
- Monitor and resolve issues in automated acquisition processes (DAF), validate content against source data, and perform quality checks.
- Support publisher onboarding, maintain tracking systems, report exceptions, and contribute to process improvements and automation efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Content Acquisition, Content Ingestion, Data Operations, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of web, FTP, API, or email-based content acquisition methods.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and willingness to use AI-powered tools for workflow efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing both automated and manual content ingestion workflows with strong operational focus on quality and timeliness.
- Comfortable collaborating across Product, Technology, and Operations teams to resolve content-related issues and support onboarding.
- Technically inclined with understanding of XML, metadata, content processing, and exposure to content automation and workflow optimization.
