About This Role
- Lead and oversee a global operations team of ~250 professionals supporting trading and financing businesses across multiple international locations.
- Drive transformation and modernization initiatives to implement scalable, automated processes and strengthen operational risk controls.
- Own the delivery of post-trade operational support, vendor management, regulatory compliance, and optimization of operating model for efficiency and scalability.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 20+ years experience in capital markets with deep expertise in financing and portfolio solutions operations (e.g., securities lending, prime services, repo).
- Proven leadership experience managing large, global teams and executing large-scale transformation in complex organizations.
- Willingness to be primarily office-based in one of the specified locations: Boston, London, Mumbai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad.
- Travel up to 10% may be required.
