About This Role
- Lead and manage global finance and accounting operations across multiple entities and geographies in IT Services.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, revenue, project profitability, and cash flow management.
- Drive finance team leadership, audits, compliance, financial controls, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years progressive finance and accounting experience, preferably in IT Services or Technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required.
- Proven experience managing global/multi-entity finance operations including FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of internal controls, audit, compliance, working capital management, and advanced Excel and ERP systems experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced finance leader with a background in global IT services or technology finance operations.
- Demonstrated capability in managing multi-entity financial consolidation, project accounting, and profitability analysis.
- Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams while partnering with senior management for strategic financial decision-making.
