About This Role
- Design and scale technology solutions supporting commercial organizations across the US and global affiliates.
- Translate complex commercial problems into functional and technical requirements, partnering with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders.
- Lead requirement definition for enterprise applications, data platforms, cloud services, analytics, APIs, and AI/GenAI capabilities ensuring scalable and compliant solutions across markets.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience as Business Systems Analyst or similar role with ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured technical requirements.
- Strong hands-on proficiency with SQL for data analysis and validation.
- Strong experience with Jira and Confluence for documentation and requirements management.
- Technical understanding of REST APIs, system integrations, relational databases, cloud applications, data pipelines, and AI/GenAI concepts including LLMs, prompting, and enterprise AI integration patterns.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in navigating complex, distributed, and global organizations with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Strong technical fluency with ability to engage on system architectures, data models, and cloud platforms across commercial technology domains.
- Preferably has background in commercial life sciences, pharmaceuticals, healthcare technology or regulated industries and experience supporting global technology products with AI/GenAI capabilities.
