About This Role
- Own end-to-end analysis, documentation, and improvement of costing processes including materials, labor, overheads, and supply chain impacts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define design and lean specifications that optimize cost modeling and align costing strategies with operational goals.
- Support costing-related system configurations, testing, and implementation in ERP or pricing platforms, driving process standardization with Lean principles.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in functional or process engineering focused on costing.
- Experience with costing principles including cost drivers, BOMs, routings, and variance analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle) in costing or manufacturing modules.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in collaborating across Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to integrate costing strategies.
- Comfortable developing and managing functional documentation, process flows, and business requirements for costing.
- Familiar with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies and able to recommend process improvements using these tools.
