About This Role
- Design, build, test, deploy, and operate AI-powered applications integrating large language models (LLM) and agentic tooling to solve internal business problems.
- Own end-to-end software development using C# and .NET including production-quality code, testing (unit, integration, end-to-end), CI/CD deployment, and monitoring performance in production.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs, ensure quality and safety of AI features, and produce clear documentation for support.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years of professional software development experience with production application delivery.
- Strong proficiency in C#/.NET, REST/JSON API design, and AI application development with LLMs (prompting, function/tool calling, RAG, orchestration).
- Experience with automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), Docker containerization, cloud deployments (Microsoft Azure), and databases (SQL and NoSQL).
- Strong English communication skills and ability to explain technical trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has deep hands-on experience integrating and deploying LLM-based AI applications with agentic orchestration frameworks such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar.
- Experienced in operating cloud-based software using DevOps practices and monitoring for performance, cost, and reliability.
- Familiar with enterprise system integrations (APIs, iPaaS), multiple database types, and has a background in security, SaaS, or B2B technology sectors.
