About This Role
- Own and execute comprehensive test strategies across UI, API, and service layers to ensure high-quality software releases.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and performance testing suites using modern tools and AI-assisted methods.
- Lead risk assessments, release validations, root-cause analysis, and implement shift-left quality practices in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software quality engineering roles.
- Expertise in testing TypeScript/JavaScript, React or similar frontend ecosystems.
- Proficient with Playwright or comparable browser automation frameworks (Cypress, Selenium WebDriver).
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in software quality engineering.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and evolving large-scale test automation frameworks with CI/CD integration expertise.
- Strong understanding of AI-assisted development tools and AI/ML product testing challenges.
- Domain experience in SaaS, fintech, or market intelligence with familiarity in performance/load testing and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
