About This Role
- Monitor and investigate security events and incidents across the enterprise using SIEM and security monitoring platforms.
- Respond to security incidents ensuring timely resolution within defined SLAs and escalate complex issues to senior analysts.
- Assist senior security teams in investigations, threat detection, vulnerability assessments, and contribute to maintaining robust security operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in Cyber Security Operations, SOC, or Incident Response roles.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 Security Operations Center environment.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM tools such as Splunk, ELK, or Microsoft Sentinel and EDR solutions preferably Microsoft Defender.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in incident investigation and response in large enterprise environments.
- Familiar with Microsoft 365 security technologies, cloud security platforms like Azure and AWS, and the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
- Operates effectively under structured SOC processes, managing incident lifecycles and escalating appropriately while collaborating with cross-functional IT and security teams.
