Proven people leadership experience including coaching and performance management.
Strong knowledge of post-trade processes such as confirmations, settlements, reconciliations, and investigations.
Experienced operations leader comfortable working in regulated markets environments including India and emerging markets.
Demonstrated success in driving automation, process improvements, and operational transformations partnering with technology teams.
Analytical and stakeholder management strength with ability to manage risk, improve control culture, and deliver measurable performance improvements.
