About This Role
- Lead end-to-end post-trade lifecycle operations across multiple market products including foreign exchange, rates derivatives, options, fixed income, and money markets.
- Own service delivery performance, regulatory compliance, risk controls, and automation/process improvements driving measurable efficiency gains and strong governance.
- Manage and develop an operations team, ensuring operational resiliency, coaching, and partnership with sales, trading, technology, risk, compliance, and finance teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory.
- Minimum 15 years experience in markets operations, post-trade, middle office, or trade support with end-to-end lifecycle ownership for at least one relevant product (foreign exchange, rates derivatives, options, fixed income, or money markets).
- Proven people leadership experience including coaching and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of post-trade processes such as confirmations, settlements, reconciliations, and investigations.

- Experienced operations leader comfortable working in regulated markets environments including India and emerging markets.
- Demonstrated success in driving automation, process improvements, and operational transformations partnering with technology teams.
