About This Role
- Manage end-to-end logistics claims operations covering lost, damaged or delayed shipments ensuring compliance and efficient resolution.
- Lead, coach, and develop the claims team, including performance monitoring and process adherence.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze claims data, improve processes, reduce losses, and elevate customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in logistics, claims management, or related domain with 2–3 years in supervisory or team lead role.
- Work location: Bangalore office with Monday to Thursday onsite requirement; Fridays flexible as per work needs.
- Work Experience Required: 5–8 years including supervisory experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in logistics claims processes with operational ownership of end-to-end investigation and resolution.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to coach and develop teams while driving adherence to policies and performance metrics.
- Capable of cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
