Experienced senior storage and backup engineer with proven ability to manage multi-petabyte SAN/NAS and complex backup environments in 24x7 operations.
Technical leader capable of driving storage/backup modernization, cloud integration, and multi-vendor platform migrations.
Strong operational sense with experience in incident management, SLA adherence, documentation creation, and mentoring junior engineers.
