About This Role
- Define and drive enterprise-wide Test Automation and Quality Engineering strategy, frameworks, and standards to improve software delivery and engineering productivity.
- Integrate automated testing and quality gates into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous and reliable software delivery and reduce escaped defects.
- Build and lead a high-performing Engineering Excellence team, influence across teams and senior leaders to elevate engineering maturity and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 14+ years in Software Engineering, Quality Engineering, Test Automation, SDET or related disciplines.
- Proven experience designing and scaling test automation frameworks and quality engineering capabilities across multiple teams or products.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD integration, modern SDLC, DevOps, and cloud-native engineering practices.
- Experience leading technical teams and driving organizational engineering transformation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced hands-on engineering leader capable of operating at both strategic and execution levels, comfortable engaging with technical teams and senior leadership.
- Track record of establishing engineering metrics, maturity measures, and continuous improvement mechanisms in large, distributed organizations.
- Skilled in driving adoption of AI-assisted engineering, reusable frameworks, and standardization across enterprise engineering environments.
