About This Role
- Perform manual and automated QA testing on an internal CRM platform, ensuring functional correctness, UI consistency, API reliability, and overall usability.
- Write and maintain test cases, log and track detailed bugs, and verify fixes before release.
- Collaborate closely with engineering team to improve test coverage and QA processes on an actively developed product.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on QA experience, preferably with web applications.
- Strong manual testing skills including UI, functional, regression, exploratory, and API testing.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright automation and strong SQL knowledge for database validation.
- Working knowledge of TypeScript or JavaScript; comfortable testing Next.js-based applications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced QA professional with a focus on both manual and automated testing in modern web technology stacks.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, asynchronous environment with good communication skills.
- Experience with CRM or property-tech applications and familiarity with QA automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium).
