About This Role
- Consult with stakeholders to identify and deliver advanced data and analytics solutions addressing business challenges.
- Develop business insights through advanced analytics, data visualisation, and communicating findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Work in Agile multidisciplinary teams, coordinating resources to achieve project and scrum outcomes in data and analytics.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in data and analytics roles.
- Strong SQL coding skills, ideally with Snowflake or AWS.
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or QuickSuite.
- Role based in India (Gurugram); workdays must be carried out in India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in financial services data with ability to identify business impact, risk, and opportunities through analytics.
- Capable of translating complex data and insights into clear, compelling visual formats for diverse stakeholders.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and multidisciplinary collaboration involving data engineering, data science, and decisioning disciplines.
