About This Role
- Engineer and maintain high performance, secure, and robust Workday SaaS solutions within a feature team.
- Manage full software lifecycle from requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment to operations.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and business analysts to deliver rapid, high-quality software adding business value.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in Workday SaaS solutions delivery, including Workday Security solutions design, development, testing, and implementation.
- Strong practical experience with Workday configurable security, including User-Based and Role-Based Security Groups, ISU, and ISSG.
- Experience supporting internal and external audit requirements and ensuring compliance using tools like Kainos Audit.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in related Workday software engineering roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complex software engineering with expertise in Workday security and governance.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and software development best practices focused on scalability and performance.
- Capable of liaising across multiple stakeholder levels and working collaboratively in permanent teams owning full software lifecycle.
