About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain PEGA applications, including case management, workflows, business rules, and integrations using PEGA best practices.
- Participate in requirement discussions, design reviews, sprint activities, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies, delivering assigned work within sprint timelines.
- Support application deployments, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure compliance with PEGA standards including performance, security, and leveraging PEGA AI capabilities for automation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- PEGA Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in PEGA application development and implementation including PEGA integrations and REST/SOAP services.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and strong analytical and debugging skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced PEGA developer with a strong track record of delivering within Agile/Scrum environments who can independently manage and resolve production issues.
- Familiarity with PEGA AI and Intelligent Automation to support emerging automation initiatives within the platform.
- Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical PEGA solutions.
