About This Role
- Lead the technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap for GE HealthCare's Software Asset Management (SAM) technology ecosystem.
- Design, configure, integrate, and optimize SAM solutions including software discovery, normalization, reconciliation, reporting, and automation to support compliance, governance, and cost optimization.
- Provide technical leadership for SAM tooling, data integrity, platform performance, and operational standards across hybrid cloud environments including ServiceNow administration and enterprise integrations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Software Asset Management, IT Asset Management, Product Management, Enterprise Applications, or related technical discipline.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required or must obtain within 6 months of joining.
- Strong technical expertise in enterprise SAM tools, software lifecycle management, cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud), APIs, automation, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading enterprise-scale SAM platform strategy with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage complex integrations, technical debt, and operational health of hybrid cloud SAM systems including ServiceNow.
- Comfortable working in agile environments with focus on driving automation, AI optimization, and continuous improvement in SAM technology solutions.
