Minimum Requirements
3+ years of professional software development experience (non-internship).
2+ years of design or architecture experience involving patterns, reliability, and scaling of systems.
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, TypeScript, or equivalent).
Work Experience Required: 3+ years software development; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred (not strictly mandatory).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience building or working with distributed systems, microservices architectures, or event-driven platforms at scale.
Ability to translate complex architectural and business problems into scalable technical solutions with operational excellence.
Comfortable working on greenfield projects with modern cloud-native technologies and cross-functional global teams in supply chain or infrastructure domains.
