About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain new features and enhancements for Junos Evolved network OS platform, ensuring platform diagnostics and interfaces functionality.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve platform, interface, optics system software and related hardware compatibility issues.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware engineers, QA, and others; participate in code reviews, lead documentation and contribute to architectural discussions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunication Engineering, or similar discipline.
- Proficiency in C and C++ programming, object-oriented analysis & design, and system debugging skills with Linux or similar OS.
- Strong experience with Linux device drivers, system bring-up, and kernel; prior experience with large code bases preferred.
