About This Role
- Lead and coach teams to deliver strategic data analytics projects and scrum outcomes.
- Drive advanced analytics solutions that improve understanding of business, customers, and processes.
- Engage with stakeholders to identify needs, create compelling data visualizations, and embed new analytics tools and methodologies.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience in data analytics or related domain.
- Strong SQL skills, preferably with Snowflake or AWS environments.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or QuickSuite.
- Must be based and work in India (Gurugram location); full-time permanent role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working at associate vice president level or equivalent senior data analytics role with ownership of strategic projects.
- Strong understanding of data management, data architecture, and cross-functional data dependencies in financial services.
- Skilled at simplifying complex data into clear, stakeholder-friendly insights and able to collaborate across data engineering, data science, and decisioning teams.
