About This Role
- Research, design, and build automated systems/applications to reduce human intervention and maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and external partners to develop custom automation solutions delivering measurable business impact.
- Lead and support automation testing activities including script development, execution, continuous integration pipelines, and performance optimization.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
- Moderate experience in robotics, AI, machine learning, and project management.
- Proficiency with programming/scripting languages such as Python, Java, or C# and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps).
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.

- Experienced in developing and maintaining automation systems with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
- Comfortable leading test automation, continuous integration/delivery pipelines, and performance test scripting.
- Able to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to optimize automation performance and deliver KPIs.
