About This Role
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and expectations for Salesforce solutions.
- Architect and oversee technical design, coding standards, and delivery management of Salesforce custom development, integrations, and data migration.
- Provide governance and lead debugging and issue resolution to ensure quality and alignment with business objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15 years of Salesforce development experience including minimum 3 years in architecture role.
- Expertise across Salesforce product suite (Sales, Service, Community, Marketing Clouds) and deep data architecture and integration knowledge.
- Proven experience designing scalable, performance-driven system architectures and managing environment, release, and code versioning best practices.
- Work Experience Required: 10-15 years Salesforce development with 3+ years architecture explicitly mentioned. Other specific requirements include knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Tableau, OMS, cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud), and data technologies.
