Hands-on expertise in performance engineering, reliability testing, and NFR verification using tools like JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, or equivalent.
Experience with automation frameworks and scripting languages such as Java or Python; understanding of distributed systems and CI/CD integration.
Experienced V&V leader with a strategic and hands-on approach to performance and reliability engineering in complex distributed and cloud-native systems.
Strong background in regulated medical device or connected healthcare environments requiring compliance with strict quality and regulatory standards.
Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across Software, Systems, Architecture, and Regulatory teams with technical leadership and stakeholder management skills.
