Proficiency in Cloud Platforms, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible), Observability tools (Prometheus/Grafana), programming (Python/Go), and Service Reliability Management (SLOs/SLIs) for large-scale enterprise environments.
Experienced leader capable of managing complex, multi-quarter network reliability objectives and cross-team technical projects with budget considerations.
Strong systems thinker with proven ability to handle high ambiguity, maintain credibility with executives, and lead incident response effectively.
Technical expertise focused on global enterprise corporate networks, combining deep networking fundamentals with advanced cloud and automation tooling to drive operational excellence.
