Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Product Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
Experience supporting team center systems, analytics, and technical leadership in product engineering or classification domains.
7-9 years of relevant experience in product/design engineering, component classification, or product lifecycle management.
Knowledge of data analytics, reporting, dashboarding, and exposure to AI/ML concepts; familiarity with HVAC industry product structures and classification.

Strong technical and analytical problem-solver with deep domain expertise in product/design engineering and engineering components related to classification.
Experienced in collaborative, cross-functional environments involving business stakeholders, engineering, data, and IT teams with a focus on scalable and reliable solutions.
Proven ability to apply data analytics and AI/ML techniques to enhance classification processes and decision-making in product lifecycle or commodity management contexts.
