About This Role
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans to validate SONiC NOS functionality on Broadcom-based switching platforms including L2/L3 protocols such as BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, EVPN, QinQ, and multicast.
- Automate functional, regression, scale, and performance testing using Python and Robot Framework, performing deep debugging across ASIC, NOS, and control/data plane layers.
- Collaborate with the SONiC open-source community to contribute fixes and enhancements, and validate optical modules across multiple configurations and transceiver protocols.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in network software or hardware testing.
- Hands-on experience with SONiC NOS and SAI-based architectures, with strong understanding of L2/L3 networking protocols and switch/router architectures.
- Proficiency in Python and test automation frameworks such as Robot Framework; experience with Git, Jenkins, Docker, and lab test environments.
