About This Role
- Own end-to-end service delivery and P&L for a portfolio of software projects ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and customer commitments.
- Establish and monitor program controls, manage project budgets within constraints, and proactively resolve or escalate delivery issues.
- Lead customer leadership meetings, maintain key stakeholder relationships, and ensure all deliverables meet required quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 18-20 years of total work experience with 15+ years in software development and delivery management.
- Proven understanding and experience with the software development lifecycle, Agile methodology, and Clean Code principles.
- Work location: Kochi or Trivandrum, India.
- Work experience in Travel Industry is advantageous but not mandatory.

- Experienced leader with a track record of managing cross-functional software delivery teams at scale under Agile culture.
- Strong operational focus on delivery, budget, and quality control within complex software project portfolios.
- Prior exposure to Travel, Transportation & Logistics domain will enhance fit due to customer and domain specifics.
