About This Role
- Lead design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-grade AI solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Build and deploy scalable AI applications and multi-agent systems for business automation and intelligence.
- Define enterprise AI architecture, governance, security standards, and mentor development teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15+ years total work experience, including 3-5+ years in AI/ML, Generative AI, or Agentic AI solutions.
- Strong programming skills in Python and Temporal.
- Experience with AI frameworks and technologies such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, and cloud AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS AI/ML, Google Vertex AI).
- Location requirement: Pune or Hyderabad.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in architecting and delivering scalable enterprise AI/GenAI solutions with deep knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent AI systems.
- Strong software engineering background with expertise in MLOps/LLMOps, AI governance, and AI monitoring practices.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with business and product stakeholders to drive AI innovation and transformation initiatives.
