About This Role
- Develop new or enhanced software initiatives within Mastercard Send to enable simpler and more secure digital transactions.
- Design and deliver high-quality technical solutions in collaboration with product and architecture teams, using agile methodologies.
- Perform code reviews across multiple scrum teams to maintain strong coding standards and contribute to platform knowledge sharing.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, and Oracle SQL development.
- Good knowledge of UNIX and cloud native development (e.g., Pivotal Cloud Foundry).
- Extensive experience designing and developing consumer-facing software products.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in agile/Scrum software development environments with collaborative delivery focus.
- Technical proficiency in backend Java ecosystem combined with cloud native application development.
- Capability to engage in cross-team code reviews and promote technical best practices across teams.
