- Drive adoption of GenAI technologies to enhance development efficiency and code quality across engineering teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, program risks, and align technical and business objectives to scale marketplace financial systems globally.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams.

- Experienced in managing large-scale, cross-functional technical projects with a focus on scalable financial systems.
- Skilled at coordinating multiple engineering teams and business units while balancing technical performance and time-to-market.
