About This Role
- Run and mature the India hub PMO including governance, cadence, stage-gates, RAID, reporting, and delivery SLAs.
- Manage work breakdown into tasks across India workstreams and track progress, utilisation, and timesheet compliance.
- Lead India team including onboarding, capability uplift, and maintain control and information-security standards with zero data incidents.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in PMO/programme management, transformation delivery, or delivery-hub leadership at Senior Manager level.
- Proven experience standing up and managing offshore/nearshore delivery hubs or capability centers.
- Hands-on experience with work-management and timesheet tools (Monday.com, Jira, MS Project/Planner, Smartsheet, Clarity) and dashboarding (Power BI).
- Work Experience Required: 8-10 years in relevant PMO or delivery hub leadership roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced PMO leader skilled in governance, work breakdown, task management, and utilisation tracking with a structured, disciplined approach.
- Able to lead cross-cultural distributed teams and manage communication, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiar with information-security/data handling for offshore teams and applies practical AI, automation, and digital tool skills to enhance PMO function.
