About This Role
- Own and manage Change & Release Management processes for SAP Central Finance, ensuring controlled and successful deployments and compliance with SLA/KPI targets.
- Manage Azure DevOps backlog end-to-end including requirement gathering, planning, implementation, and delivery of release activities.
- Develop and maintain release procedures, training materials, and collaborate with Agile teams to resolve operational issues and drive project outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering, Math or similar field.
- Minimum 7 years experience in IS/IT delivery organizations focusing on change and release processes.
- ITIL V4 Foundation certification required.
- Hands-on experience in SAP/MDG environments is a strong plus; Change and Release specific and IT compliance certifications preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex change & release processes within large-scale SAP environments, particularly Central Finance.
- Capable of coordinating multi-disciplinary Agile teams and managing stakeholder communications for smooth deployment cycles.
- Demonstrates strong understanding of compliance, security, and service continuity within IS/IT delivery frameworks.
