About This Role
- Analyze large complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights for AI/ML applications.
- Design, develop, deploy, and optimize AI, Generative AI, and large language model-based solutions addressing business and operational use cases.
- Lead end-to-end development including data pipelines, Python application development, integration with cloud and enterprise systems, and continuous AI system improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, AI, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
- 5–7 years experience in data science, advanced analytics, AI engineering, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, including complex querying and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, large language models, AI frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud AI/ML service deployment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building scalable AI solutions involving LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and vector databases for enterprise use cases.
- Comfortable leading Python-based AI application development and collaborating across technical and business stakeholders.
- Familiar with MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, responsible AI practices, and domain-specific knowledge in industrial systems is a plus.
