About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale HR or ERP transformation programs across multiple countries, ensuring milestones, quality standards, and contract commitments are met.
- Manage global cross-functional teams including onshore, offshore, and nearshore resources, coordinating workstreams across HRIS, ERP, and related functional domains.
- Own project governance activities including Project Board management, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and financial forecasting for multi-million dollar budgets.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
- 12+ years of project management experience, with at least 6 years managing enterprise HR or ERP transformation programs at a senior level.
- Proven experience delivering HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Cornerstone, UKG) or ERP (Oracle, SAP, Odoo, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) implementations globally.
- Work Experience Required: 12+ years including senior-level program management of HR/ERP transformations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex, multi-country HR or ERP transformation initiatives involving global teams and multiple functional domains.
- Skilled in executive stakeholder engagement and governance, including preparing and presenting reports to Project Boards and C-suite sponsors.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, global delivery environments with US/UK client-facing hours and capable of handling multi-million dollar budgets and contractual responsibilities.
