About This Role
- Lead multiple concurrent large-scale projects/programs with complete ownership of delivery, including scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
- Manage and mentor large cross-functional teams of 30-50+ members, optimizing resource planning, allocation, and team capacity based on sprint velocity and backlog.
- Drive project planning & execution with Agile methodologies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, risk management, and ensuring alignment across product, engineering, QA, and business teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 13-15+ years of experience in project/program management with proven track record managing large teams (30-50+).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business.
- Hands-on expertise with Agile tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- PMP, PgMP, or Scrum Master certification preferred.
