About This Role
- Lead design of user experiences for new and existing digital applications in an agile environment.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, testers, stakeholders, and UX teams to align designs with business objectives and user needs.
- Advocate and support user research, design thinking, and a unified enterprise design system to enhance customer and partner experiences.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in user experience or interactive design for web and mobile applications within an agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Axure, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
- Work location: Monday to Thursday onsite, Friday flexible (not strictly remote).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in balancing business needs, user goals, and technical constraints while producing detailed, actionable UX deliverables like personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and able to communicate design decisions clearly at all organizational levels.
- Able to work independently with strong ownership and initiative in a collaborative, research-driven environment.
