About This Role
- Own end-to-end program/project delivery adhering to Agile/Hybrid methodologies, ensuring meeting quality, delivery, and cost targets (QDC).
- Lead strategic organizational initiatives related to AI-driven project management, predictive modeling, data science, and sustainability.
- Manage Agile implementation, team coaching, process optimization, project portfolio management, and stakeholder communication including monthly leadership reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- 14+ years of overall industry experience with at least 8+ years in Project Management, Scrum Master, or Agile roles.
- Bachelor's degree required; technical degree in engineering or computer science preferred.
- Certified PMP and Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, KMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or ICP Agile mandatory.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/Scaled Agile), program finances, and project management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project.
