About This Role
- Own and manage cross-functional, multi-location Agile/Hybrid projects ensuring delivery within quality, cost, and timeline targets.
- Lead strategic organization initiatives involving AI-driven project management, predictive modeling, and sustainability efforts.
- Drive Agile transformation, process optimization, and ensure alignment of Agile initiatives with business goals and governance.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of overall industry experience with at least 8+ years in project, people management, and Agile roles.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; technical degree in engineering or computer science preferred.
- Certified PMP and Agile certification (CSM, PSM, KMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or ICP Agile).
- Technical proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project, MIRO, and AI integration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader in managing large, complex Agile and New Product Development projects with strategic impact.
- Strong capability in cultural change management, coaching teams on Agile best practices and ownership mindset.
- Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across global, cross-functional teams and senior management.
