About This Role
- Support and maintain existing physical security systems and client sites.
- Interface with internal clients and peer teams for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Support installation and upgrades of physical security systems; contribute to design and implementation of future systems.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- 5+ years experience in physical security systems support in an enterprise environment.
- 3+ years experience with Genetec Omnicast/Synergis and Lenel OnGuard support.
- 3+ years experience in Windows/SQL server infrastructure support.
- Work location: Bangalore (Hybrid).
- No travel anticipated.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7+ years of physical security systems administration in enterprise settings with deeper expertise in Genetec Omnicast/Synergis and Lenel OnGuard (5+ years each).
- Experience managing support across multiple locations and time zones.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-team collaboration and client interaction.
