About This Role
- Oversee and conduct confidential compliance and data privacy investigations, including data review, interviews, and report drafting.
- Manage intake and triage of complaints through hotline and compliance mailbox, ensuring timely handling and follow-up.
- Support development of compliance training materials and assist global Integrity & Ethics team; collaborate with data protection/privacy team to uphold regulatory compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree or PGDM or CA, LLB/LLM.
- 2-4 years experience in investigations, forensic analysis, auditing, or data protection/privacy compliance.
- Ability to review complex data, conduct interviews, prioritize multiple cases, and produce clear investigative reports.
- Work Experience Required: 2-4 years investigation or related compliance experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience with healthcare compliance and data privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA) and regulatory analysis is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive investigations with strong analytical and communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
- Adaptable to work across multiple time zones and handle multiple concurrent investigations in a dynamic healthcare environment.
