About This Role
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the Backend CRM team, including issue resolution and training.
- Lead CRM and SAP project management, including offer creation, pricing management, and providing reports to senior management.
- Act as liaison among finance, CRM, and sales teams to ensure effective collaboration and monitor team performance via KPIs.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in MIS, Sales Operations, or Backend roles; real estate or sales-driven organization experience preferred.
- Graduate degree mandatory; MBA in Operations, Finance, or Marketing preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS tools.
- Work Experience Required: 5 to 8 years
