About This Role
- Manage daily operations and development of Backend CRM team, including training and issue resolution.
- Oversee CRM and SAP project management including offer creation, pricing strategy, cash flow management, and reporting to senior management.
- Serve as liaison among finance, CRM, sales teams; monitor team KPIs and conduct performance evaluations.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree required; B.Com/BBA/B.Sc preferred, MBA in Operations/Finance/Marketing preferred.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in MIS, Sales Operations, or backend roles.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS tools.
- Experience in real estate or sales-driven organizations preferred but not mandatory.

- Experienced in managing backend operations with cross-functional collaboration across finance, sales, and CRM teams.
- Strong analytical skills with exposure to data management, reporting, and dashboard preparation.
