About This Role
- Own end-to-end solution sales for BMS & IBMS projects including Fire Alarm, CCTV, Physical Security across the assigned North India region (Punjab, Himachal, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan).
- Accountable for meeting order booking and revenue targets on a monthly and yearly basis through lead generation, tender handling, and order closure.
- Engage with ELV/MEP contractors and local consultants, stay updated on BMS industry trends, and manage major private tenders relevant to Builders, Hospitality, Healthcare, Pharma, and Commercial verticals.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in solution/project sales of BMS & IBMS systems including FAPA, ACS, CCTV, Physical Security products.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related discipline.
- Experience working with ELV consultants, contractors, and knowledge of the North Indian market (Punjab, Himachal, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan).
- Base location requirement: Gurgaon or Chandigarh.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to close new business and manage complex technical solution sales with strong pricing and presentation skills.
- Experience handling tenders and working closely with consultants and contractors in infrastructure and building management system domains.
- Comfortable working under stringent MIS processes and willing to travel within the assigned regions.
