About This Role
- Grow B2B landscaping and indoor plants business across corporate and institutional clients in Mumbai and Pune.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through relationship building with facility managers, architects, and developers.
- Coordinate with horticulture and operations teams to ensure project execution and client satisfaction while managing CRM records and market intelligence.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in landscaping, horticulture, interior design, or facilities management.
- Experience working with corporate clients in Mumbai and Pune, including large corporates, co-working spaces, or green building firms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Botany, Business Management, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of indoor plants, green walls, and commercial landscaping solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in consultative B2B sales within landscaping or related sectors targeting corporate and institutional clients in Mumbai/Pune.
- Capable of independently driving sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure and client management in a field sales environment.
- Able to build and maintain relationships with facility managers, architects, builders, and project consultants to secure and grow business.
