About This Role
- Manage accounts receivable operations for Ventra Health clients, ensuring superior AR management services and client satisfaction.
- Lead and develop the accounts receivable team, including staffing, training, audits, and performance reviews, to meet productivity goals and AR standards.
- Oversee AR metrics such as days in AR, percent over 120 days, credit balances, and accounts sent to collections, ensuring timely month-end close and standardized processes.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of revenue cycle management or accounts receivable experience in healthcare or health insurance.
- Preferably 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Knowledge of revenue cycle metrics and medical billing processes required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing and developing teams with strong supervisory skills and AR expertise.
- Familiar with healthcare revenue cycle management and financial reporting, able to analyze healthcare data and communicate with stakeholders effectively.
- Able to lead cross-functional efforts, drive process standardization, and manage AR performance metrics to meet client and organizational standards.
