About This Role
- Own end-to-end accounting, month-end closing, and reporting under IFRS and Indian GAAP, including Balance Sheet and P&L preparation.
- Manage complex financial instruments accounting such as Investments, Borrowings, Loans, Deposits, and Derivatives, including valuation and reconciliations.
- Lead process standardisation and automation initiatives in treasury and accounting workflows; support audits and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve controls.
Minimum Requirements
- CA (Fresher)/CPA/MBA in Finance degree required.
- 1–5 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial analysis.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and MS Office with experience in reporting automation.
- Location requirement: Gurugram, hybrid work model.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in fast-paced environments across multiple functions and geographies, indicating cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong accounting expertise with a hands-on approach and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
- Interest or experience in data automation tools (e.g., Python/Pandas, VBA) for improving reconciliation and reporting processes preferred but not mandatory.
