About This Role
- Lead strategy, design, and engineering of cybersecurity architecture across Infrastructure Security, Operational Technology (OT) Security, and Vulnerability Management for a global enterprise.
- Own security architecture and lifecycle of core controls for enterprise infrastructure including network, cloud, endpoints, and identity, embedding zero-trust principles.
- Manage a globally distributed team, oversee vulnerability management program, drive security roadmap aligned to business strategy, and report to the Chief Information Security Officer.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 12+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience including 5+ years leading technical teams in global, distributed environments.
- Expertise required in infrastructure security, OT/ICS security, and vulnerability management, with advanced knowledge in at least two domains.
- Experience with cloud security (Azure and/or AWS), network security, identity and access management, zero-trust architectures, and relevant frameworks such as NIST CSF or IEC 62443.

- Senior cybersecurity leader with proven ability to manage globally distributed teams and complex security architecture programs for enterprise and manufacturing environments.
- Strong operational experience securing OT in manufacturing or process industries and leading enterprise vulnerability/attack surface management programs.
- Skilled in translating business and operational risk into security architecture, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving security-by-design culture globally.
