About This Role
- Own end-to-end customer order fulfillment from order release through production, material readiness, shipment, and delivery.
- Develop and maintain production schedules, aligning customer demand with manufacturing capacity, materials, and shipment plans.
- Manage risks impacting delivery by coordinating across Contract Manufacturers, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and internal teams and driving mitigation actions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in order fulfillment, supply chain, production planning, manufacturing or operations.
- Experience working with Contract Manufacturers preferred (not mandatory).
- Experience with SAP/ERP systems and advanced Excel required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex order fulfillment processes involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Skilled in production scheduling and capacity planning within manufacturing environments, especially working with Contract Manufacturers.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional influencing capabilities demonstrated through managing delivery risks and recovery plans.
