About This Role
- Lead business requirements gathering, solution design, and testing for medium to large-scale HCM implementation projects.
- Facilitate workshops, lead specific workstreams, and provide functional leadership across project delivery and post-implementation phases.
- Engage in pre-sales activities including scoping and presentations, while contributing to best practices and practice performance KPIs.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years consulting experience in HCM space, with at least 7 years on medium/large-scale projects or equivalent customer-side product ownership.
- Must have Indian work eligibility and be comfortable working US/UK client-facing shift hours.
- Degree with Business major and Technical minor preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office and understanding of Cornerstone technology platform.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years in HCM consulting or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading end-to-end LMS/HCM implementation projects with strong functional and business leadership skills.
- Skilled in client-facing roles, able to manage scope, drive workshops, and influence stakeholder decisions using subject-matter expertise.
- Familiarity with Cornerstone OnDemand and/or Odoo platforms and best practices, ideally with related certifications and change management experience.
